- When will I receive my check-in instructions?
We text and email your check-in instructions three days before check-in, as well as the day of check-in. Make sure to check your email inbox or text messages. These come from our phone number +30 697 929 5318 or our dejavulefkada@gmail.com.
- What time is check-in?
To ensure your home is properly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, check-in time is at 3:00pm.
- Who do I contact if I have issues during check-in?

- What time is check-out?
To ensure that our team can adequately prepare the home for the next guest, check-out is at 10:00AM.
- Can I extend my stay?
If you would like to extend your stay, contact our team by email at dejavulefkada@gmail.com, or by calling us at +30 697 929 5318. Extension requests are issued on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability of our homes.
- What do I need to do before checking out?
At the time of check-out, all you need to do is turn off the lights and lock the door behind you. If there’s anything we can do for you, contact our team by phone at +30 697 929 5318, or by responding to any of the emails or text messages you received during your stay.
All deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining balance is due two months prior to your stay.
- If you have a need to cancel your reservation, we will do our best to fill the vacancy in order to offer a refund. However, this reservation has been held exclusively for you and we have turned away potential renters, thus suffering a loss if a refund is given. Please understand that we will do our utmost to gain a refund for you, but can offer no written guarantee of a refund.
- Can I make a partial payment now and pay the rest later?
Partial payments cannot be completed directly on the website and need to be requested by contacting our Customer Experience Team dejavulefkada@gmail.com or at +30 697 929 5318 for more information.
- Why does Dejavu Management require my ID?
ID Verification checks are done to ensure that the guest booking the reservation is also the credit card holder. ID verifications are completed during the booking process on our website dejavulefkada.com. ID verification photos are secure and will not be shared outside of Dejavu Management.
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.

- Can I make changes to a reservation after check-in?
Reservations can be managed through our website dejavulefkada.com . If you would like to make changes to your reservation after checking-in to your stay, such as upgrading a reservation or assistance reserving activities or additional accommodations, please contact us at using our online chat, at dejavulefkada@gmail.com, or call us at +30 697 929 5318 and have your booking ID # ready.
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation.
During check-in, you must pay a security deposit of 300 euros with cash or your credit card. The cost of any damages to the property or its contents will be covered by the security deposit.
For any reason beyond the control of Management, the Premises becomes unavailable, Management may substitute a comparable unit or cancel this Agreement and refund in full all payments made by the Guest.
Approved Guests are persons who will occupy the Premises. No unlawful activity of any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on Premises. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items, and any damages to the Property of any kind

We offer 24/7 support to our guests, so you can contact us at any time if you have a problem or need assistance. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We are happy to provide personalized recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and attractions to help you make the most of your stay in Lefkada.
Pets are not normally allowed in our properties. If you wish to bring one, please contact us first to obtain permission from the property owner.
All of our properties strictly forbid indoor smoking. If you or a member of your party violates this rule, or if any upholstery is found to be damaged by smoking anywhere, we retain the right to charge a minimum fee of EUR500 to clean the environment and/or replace its contents.
